Georgia Cycling to Unveil “The Hub”
new registration platform REPLACES THE PIT ZONE; will launch with THE OPENING OF THE 2021 SEASON
The Georgia Cycling Association is introducing a new registration platform called “The Hub” for use during the 2021 season and beyond. This new platform is the culmination of months of work and uses customer feedback as the cornerstone of its programming. The organization has listened to feedback from riders and coaches over the past few seasons and we have worked hard to solve the biggest needs.
Student-Athletes and their families will find a streamlined interface that will enable them to handle all registration and payments for the upcoming Georgia Cycling season.
Coaches and teams will have access to new organizational tools:
The ability to create a Team Store
Collect team fees and fundraising donations
Process orders and payment for team items like jerseys and shirts
Financial tools like direct deposit and ability to generate monthly reports
The Hub is designed to be the center of Georgia Cycling activity between registered athletes and teams. The Georgia Cycling team has worked hard to implement a huge improvement to our user experience, but we are not going to slow down. We will continue to listen to feedback to make adjustments and improvements as time goes on.
Individuals that participated in the 2020 season (either as a student-athlete or coach) will find their previous information is pre-populated in the system. This is made possible by accessing a link Georgia Cycling sent to coaches on March 23, 2021, and to parents of student-athletes on April 1, 2021. Previous participants must use that link the first time they access the site. After that initial visit, The Hub can be accessed via the homepage of georgiacycling.org.
Should you have any questions please feel free to email Georgia Cycling Programs Director, Lisa Hayes at lisa@georigacycling.org
The introduction of The Hub is one of many improvements that Georgia Cycling is making to become the premier youth mountain biking association. We would like to thank our partner Interpodia who has worked tirelessly alongside the Georgia Cycling team to make this new platform possible. Every update we make is implemented with our community of riders and coaches in mind. 2020 was a record year for Georgia Cycling and we hope the 2021 season is the best yet!
Does my information from the Pit Zone transfer into the new system?↓
Yes! We have worked hard to move all of your old data into The Hub. To achieve this, it is vital that your first visit to The Hub be through the link you were sent via email. If you don't use this link, your old historical data will not transfer.
I'm getting emails from CCN. Who are they?↓
CCN is the technology provider behind our new platform. You may get emails from them regarding topics like payment confirmation and background checks. These are legit emails. But should you ever have any questions, please let us know.
Do I have to be fully registered to receive discounts in the Georgia Cycling program?↓
Yes. As part of the eligibility verification process, you will need to have paid any applicable fees for the 2021 season. Coaches will also need to be fully compliant with all 2021 coach requirements. Once you have met that reuqirement(s) you will be able to take advatage of any benefits listed for student-athletes or coaches.
