Season Ten rolls on with the Clash at the Creek
Blue Ridge, GA - The Georgia Cycling Association held the second race in the 2023 Northside Hospital race series on September 23 & 24. The event took place at Allatoona Creek Park in Acworth, Georgia with 850 student-athletes registered to compete.
If heat was the weather keyword for Race 1, then “beautiful” was the keyword for Race 2. Some cool mornings lead to dewy trails for the morning race waves, but riders embraced that challenge.
While the top teams on the team leaderboards remained the same, there was a major shuffling within the Top 5. Several teams found themselves moving up while others dropped out of the Top 5. With more races to go, these standings are far from set in stone!
